We aim to respond within 1-2 business days. When possible, include your device type, app version, and a short description of the issue so we can help faster.

Before you email

  • Tell us whether the issue is about sign-in, subscription, billing, analysis results, or account deletion.
  • Share the email used for your Kamileo account if the issue is account-specific.
  • Include screenshots only if they help explain the problem.
  • For urgent subscription issues, mention the purchase date and plan.

Quick answers

Kamileo subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On iPhone, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, choose Kamileo, and manage or cancel from there.

You can delete your account from within the app by going to Settings > Delete My Account. If you need help with a deletion request, email us at kamileo.help@gmail.com.

Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots are helpful when they clearly show the issue.

Subscription and account reminders

  • Subscription billing and cancellations are handled through your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Deleting your Kamileo account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.
  • If you contact support about billing, include the plan you purchased and the approximate purchase date.
  • If you contact support about account deletion or privacy, use the email connected to your Kamileo account when possible.
